We are looking for a talented Virtual Relationship Manager to join our team and engage with high-value customers through excellent communication and personalized service.Position Overview: As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with high-value clients, including non-resident individuals and premium customers. Your role will involve handling leads provided by the company and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet the specific needs of these clients. You will work remotely, utilizing various digital tools and platforms to effectively communicate and manage client interactions.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Client Engagement:
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients through virtual communication channels.
      • Proactively reach out to clients from the leads provided by the company, addressing their unique insurance needs and providing updates on their policies.
      • Offer personalized insurance solutions and recommendations tailored to high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    2. Communication:
      • Exhibit exceptional English communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively address client inquiries and provide assistance.
      • Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and consultations to discuss insurance options and policy details with high-value clients.
    3. Customer Support:
      • Handle client queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
      • Provide expert advice on insurance products, policy features, and coverage options, tailored to the needs of high-value clients.
    4. Administrative Duties:
      • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
      • Prepare and send policy documents, endorsements, and other relevant paperwork as required.
    5. Sales and Retention:
      • Utilize provided leads to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products to enhance client portfolios.
      • Monitor client satisfaction and work to retain and expand existing business through exceptional service and relationship management.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in any field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the insurance sector.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex insurance concepts and solutions.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and CRM systems.
    • Personal Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a client-centric attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
