The ideal candidate should have experience in an international voice process with excellent communication skills in English. This role requires handling customer interactions professionally, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional support.Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. Provide clear and professional support to resolve customer queries. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up when necessary. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Adapt to changing schedules and work in night shifts. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance targets.Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory. Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred. Ability to work night shifts and adjust to changing schedules. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
