    Business Development Executive (Field Sales)Experience Required: 1-3 yearsSalary: 4.2 LPALocation: PAN IndiaAbout the Role:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of field sales experience and will play a critical role in driving our business growth through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and new customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Field Sales & Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking in the assigned region.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Conduct presentations, product demos, and sales pitches to potential clients.Sales Target Achievement:Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by successfully closing deals and generating revenue.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Lead Generation & Market Research:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.Sales Process Management:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and opportunities using CRM software.Ensure timely follow-ups and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Reporting & Feedback:Provide regular reports to the sales manager, including insights on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.Proactively recommend improvements to sales strategies and processes based on feedback and data analysis.Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in field sales or business development.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.A valid drivers license and personal vehicle for travel is preferred.
