Job Role Keep track of enquiries from various modes like emails, telephone anddirect enquiries during add and online marketing and maintaining the record ofthe same and calling the candidates and generated positive leads. Generating data from various jobportals and other sources. Handle team of Business Development Executiveand Counsellor. To Maintain Students Database. Guide the process of lead generationto the student counsellors. Verifications of the leads generatedby the team, before forwarding them to BDE. Ensure visit of BDE against leadgeneration. To Counsel the Students aboutdifferent Training Modules and make them choose the right path. Explain the Training Process. Call the Students & explain TrainingProcess effectively. Ensure team meets the assigned targetfor the month. Training and development of thecounselling team. Career Guidance for the students. Ensure candidate register for TrainingModules. Ensure admission of the interestedcandidates. Counselling & admission of thecandidates against the feedback form from KHW Team Lead. Reporting to Asst. Marketing Manager. Follow up with the candidates who showedinterest during counselling or home visit or through client feedback form.,
