Urgent Hiring Accounts Executive .Industry IT Job location Saltlake Sector V .Experience 2 - 4 yrs Salary 17k ( ESI + PF) Qualification Bcom/Mcom + CMA inter/CA inter .Gender Male/Female No of Position 1 .Work timing - 10.30 am to 7.30 pm. (Saturday n Sunday - till 5 pm).Weekly off - Thursday.Necessary Skills and Knowledge:Highly proficient in Tally, with knowledge of the latest version of the software.Experience in full GST e-filing as per regulatory compliance.TDS, Domestic Bank Transfers, and Foreign Transactions of billing from off-shore clients.Petty cash handling. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, good in email drafting, tech-savvy.Good communication skills in English.Candidate must be organized, methodical, and process-driven.Candidate should be knowledgeable about the updated rules and laws related to the Indianaccounting system and should remain updated about new developments in the systems.The person shall be in charge of all account-related activities: Daily bookkeeping in Tally in compliance. Accounting and filing of GST Accounting and filing of IT, TDS, and online Challans Salary disbursements and payroll Invoicing and receipts - generation and receiving payments. Payments through Bank Transfers and other methods.
