Else other Graduates with relevant experience in Office Administration and Facility Management in Corporate environment.Exp:4 to 8 Years (Age: Preferably within 35 years)CTC:3.5 to5 LacsJob Profile & Skills:a)End to end Facility Management and Administration for the Corporate Officeb) Shall look after both Soft Services and Hard Services including Housekeeping, Security, F&B, Civil/ Electrical/ Telecom Maintenance, Fire & Safety etc. for the entire premisec)Close coordination withall Facility Services vendors to ensure smooth operationsd)Handling multiple teams of vendor supplied manpower for Facility services such as Housekeeping, Security, F&B, Maintenance etc.e) Vendor development and Vendor management including commercial negotiation, contract, AMC, Service contract etc.f)Preparing Facility related monthly/ quarterly budget and tracking cost and expenses on a regular basis. Shall also be responsible for local purchase of consumables, stock calculation etc.g) Must havegood communication and interpersonal skills and a good understanding of business commercials to comfortably deal with multiplestakeholders - both internal & externalh) Must have adequate skills in Computers - MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and Email.
