Job Description

    Responsibilities-Design dashboards / prepare process flows and help in building theETL packages for the clientSolve analytical problemsEffectively communicate methodologies and results.Draw relevant inferences and insights from data includingidentification of trends and anomalies.Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams andengagement teams.Education and Awareness-Master s in quantitative discipline, like Management orBachelors in Compu ter Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics,Accountancy 2+ years of hands on experience with software tools: AWS,Azure, Python, Hadoop, Qlik, Power BI, SQL, Java, SAS, anyETL tools. 2+ years (Associate) and 4+ years (Senior Associate) ofexperience in business analytics, forecasting or businessplanning with specialization on analytical dashboard creation,modelling, quantitative methods and metrics reporting. Deep understanding of data warehouse, data ingestion, anddata analysis. Profound knowledge in any ETL tools and concepts of usingthem Hands on experience in deploying cloud environment, cloudmigration, big data and cloud computing Experience in Tableau or any other visualization tool is addedadvantage.Skills Key responsibilities are assigned based on an evaluation of thecandidate s professional qualification, relevant experience,capabilities in various actions like modelling complexproblems, discovering insights and building cutting edgealgorithms that identify opportunities through statisticalmodels, machine learning and visualization techniques. The candidate need to collaborate with business leaders andcross-functional teams to solve problems, create operationalefficiencies and deliver successfully against high organizationalstandards. The candidate should be able to apply a breadth of tools, datasources and analytical techniques to answer high-impactbusiness questions and present new insights. The candidate should be consistently demonstrate teamworkdynamics by working as a team member: understand personaland team roles; contribute to a positive working environmentby building solid relationships with team members; andproactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.
