Job Title: Agency Channel Manager Experience: 1 - 5 years Employment Type: FulltimeRole Overview: Drive business growth by managing and expanding the agency channel. Recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents to achieve sales targets, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, develop, and manage a network of insurance agents/partners
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective channel strategies
• Provide product training, sales guidance, and performance reviews
• Build strong relationships with agents to enhance retention and productivity
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline, knowledge of Agency and sales in Insurance is preferred.
• 15 years experience in sales, preferably in insurance or BFSI sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
• Target driven with leadership potential
