It is a part of the a huge Indian ConglomerateTitle: Assistant Manager - Electrical Ground Support EquipmentResponsibilities To diagnose and report all the electrical break down casesMonitor and conduct root case analysis of all electrical casesTo develop SOP on diagnosis of major electrical repair workEnsure the availability of electrical diagnosis toolMaintain record of electrical toolsEnsure safety of technicians and tools at all timeCoordinate with training team for time to time training of technicians and supervisorsTo generate & circulate the maintenance related MIS of assigned station.To update and maintain maintenance related documentation as per Airlines standardTo keep a track over repetitive complaints and ensure their closures at the earliestTo provide component failure reports in case of unpredicted failures of equipment/ vehicleProactive and Frugal approach towards maintenance practicesTo identify alternate sources for new spare purchases and repairing of aggregates/ components while maintaining quality standards and cost at par wherever requiredAccountability to provide serviceability of vehicles/ equipment to user endLiasioning with key stake holders in order to ensure smooth operation of vehicle/ equipmentClosure of audit report related to all parameters within the mentioned time lineRoster mapping of staffs and ensuring leave relief against all key personsTie ups with OEMs/ Vendor for the rectification/ health checkups/ AMC of vehicle/ equipmentTo coordinate with training team for the training of manpowerTo maintain workshop at level of quality audit standardsIdentify the spare parts required and maintain the inventory level in the store.
