Job Description

Reporting Relationship: AVP Student Development & Support The AM/Manager - Student Development & Support will assist AVP Student Development & Support in providing leadership for all Student Development & Support activities on Campus. The AVP Student Development & Support is responsible for oversight and attainment of Campus Objectives for student retention, satisfaction, and student placement, effective handling of student complaints, orientation and other key processes. Role Responsibilities: (Detailed activities)

  • Act as a front face for Pearl students in relation to behavioral, emotional, social, academic and personal concerns and
Create spaces and forums for regular interaction, which will require travel to all campuses.
  • Assist AVP in providing student development/meeting student needs/interventions (NPS, workshops, parent interaction, attrition, events, new initiatives, web casts etc) in collaboration with internal and external stake holders and share holders.
  • Identify, organize and help create campus climate supportive of student development in all spheres of student life.
  • Maintain case files, data/notes for all student interactions (group and individual) for tracking and analysis purpose and
  • to anticipate future needs.
  • Build trust based relationship with students, faculty and staff (e.g.: registrars office, CRD etc) to maintain open and transparent lines of communication.
  • Should have held position of responsibility which required maintenance of high level of confidentiality
  • Deal with the issues of student stay, Infrastructure
Educational Qualifications :, Post-Graduation ,Done course in Child Psychology will be preferred. Academic / Technical : Ms-Office, Emails, Knowledge of Photoshop/coral draw will be an added advantage Experience : 5-10YearsRequired Candidate profile
