Job Description

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of PHP back-end development with knowledge of MVC framework (Preferably a Codignator )
Knowledge in developing Website/Portal/CMS (preferably Drupal )
Understanding the synchronous behaviour of PHP
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, MySQL, JQuery, Angular, JavaScript and CSS3
Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
Understanding of security compliance and measures
Strong knowledge of PHP and/or web server exploits and their solutions
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
User authentication and authorisation between multiple systems, servers and environment
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
Knowledge of PHP limitations as a platform and its workarounds
Strong understanding of industry trends and MVC architecture
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Knowledge of SQL/MySQL databases and their declarative query languages

Preferred Skills:

Work experience in Power Utility/Energy Sector
Development practice in continuous integration environment
Knowledge of Code versioning tool
Must possess good communication skills and strong desire and passion to learn new technologies
