Job Description

    Asset L2
    1. Creation of Asset in proposed Asset Management Tool.
    2. Allocation and De allocation of asset based on approval.
    3. Track Changes in Asset in tool.
    4. Track Asset Lifecycle in tool.
    5. Asset procurement intimation after the threshold value crossed.
    6. license Management & Compliance Monitoring as per existing process.
    7. Liaison with various stakeholders of the Technology team for IT Asset Management process.
    8. Liaison with vendors for warranty and AMC support.
    9. Managing the IT Asset management process by adhering to all Asset policies.
    10. Capacity Management and ensuring availability of all IT Assets on day one as per HC Projections.
    11. Physical verification or e-validation of the assets as per schedule.
    12. Need to maintain Inward Register and Gate Pass process to follow for materials movement.
    13. After receiving Material in storeroom, Asset Team update new assets (Cl) details in asset tool.
    14. As part of Configuration Management, engineer would perform the Install/ Add/Remove and Change requirements.
    15. All these services will follow a Request and Approval system and no IMAC is done without approval (other than pre-approved IMAC requests).
    Asset L3
    1. Must have excellent communication skills and be highly committed to the deliverable s.
    2. Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware and software.
    3. Must have flexibility to work from the client offices anytime and if needed in odd hours and if needed extensive hours for critical deliverables.
    4. Mast has good understanding in ITSM, ITAM HAM & SAM workflows and knowledge in Service Now will be added value for selection.
    5. Perform verification and audit of Asset Management process.
    6. Verify software assets with license contracts, confirm hardware assets with actual inventory, & initiate corrective actions & tract them.
    7. Manage activities concerning license compliance audits to be able to answer to requests from software editors effectively.
    8. Ensure process efficiency by implementing the key performance indicators; suggest improvements to the process continuously.
    9. Design processes relating to software and hardware asset management, execute and enhance them.
    10. Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management.
    11. Perform research on industry best practice and incorporate it with organizational practices.
    12. Would be strong in time-management, highly organized at his/her work.
    13. Must be involved for process improvement and reduce manual errors for quality assurance.
    14. Would be responsible for update tasks, tickets, and closer open issues as per SLA/OLA.
    15. Must be flexible to travel other cities for any temporary or permanent deployment.
