Job Description

Handling and Supervising Civil/Arbitration/Consumer matters.
Drafting and Vetting Agreements such as Franchise, Endorsement, E-Commerce, Leave License/Lease Deed, MOU, NDA, Development, Chain store, Agreements with Malls for store, IT related agreements, Branding and Advertisement related agreements.
Follow up and coordination with advocates with regard to various legal matters of the Company at various courts.
Looking after the compliance of various laws.
Drafting of Letters, notices, affidavit, NOC, resolution, POA, declaration, authorization
Handling matters related to merger and investment in the company.
Assisting other departments with respect to various applicable laws.
Appointing dealing with lawyers/Law firms.
Consultation with Senior Advocates.
Vetting and drafting of legal agreements, MoUs, supplementary agreement, non disclosure Agreements.
Negotiations for closing deals and getting contracts executed.
