Preparation of MIS of multiple outlets and consolidation of the same Analysis of COGS and liaising with stakeholders to understand in case of any aberrations Well versed with PO and GRN process and the impact of same on COGS Managing requests from outlets for expenses via cash card or accounts payable team and validating the same and assessing the need for such costs Controlling costs and help bringing in efficiency and control at each outlet To manage any other ad Hoc requests . Desired skill sets B.Com with 3-4 years of relevant experience or MBA/ semi qualified CA/ICWAI with 2 years of experience Advance knowledge of excel and must have prepared dashboards Good communication skills Good understanding of accounting is desirable ,
