Job Description

    Position - Assistant ManagerDepartment - Diagnostics Supply ChainLocation - KolkataExperience required - 3yrs+ experience in relevant supply chain and 5yrs+ overall work experience.Qualification required - DMLT / Lab Technician / or any other technical qualification related to diagnostic industry + MBAIndustry Preference : E-diagnostic IndustryJob Responsibilities:1. Build and lead a strong team of internal Ops team leaders and Phlebotomists Diagnostics services across South India2. Own and manage the daily functions of the Collection operation including logistics, supply chain management, vendor management, coordination with LAB3. Set up, and maintain daily systems to ensure smooth coordination between LAB , CRM, Logistic partner, and and internal Phlebotomists/Ops team4. Ensure regulatory, compliance and internal SOPs and rules are followed by all the logistic Partner and In house Phlebotomists from Sample collections to processing5. Build a robust system of check and balances, QA, for sample processing with Phlebotomist and team leaders6. Establish and maintain business standards for reliability , Trustworthy , Convenient serviceability model.7.Drive Quality service & Quality metrics like on time collection & NPSSkills Required:1. Analytical problem solver and solution design capability2. High data centricity and ability to drive metrics / sub-metrics improvements3. Effective communicator with good people skills4. Impactful team player with high learning agility and ownership,
