Job Description

Making market survey, identifying customers and develop new customers.

Initiate process mapping exercise along with operation & transport team to ensure deliverables.

Retaining existing customers at all time.

To obtain customer feed back at regular intervals.

To deliver an excellent quality service to the customers.

Be on inter-face between customers, organization and CFS inter departments.

Regular personal visits to the customers and day to day contact.

Prepare statistics and supporting reports for existing customers.

Discuss and negotiate the rates for future agreement (As per authority matrix).

Competition update/Productivity report.

Assist CFS management for preparation of monthly report.

To update the market developments.

To update on customers feed back and attending their queries.

To attend written correspondence of the customers.

Forecast/projections from customers.

To develop very good relationship with our competitors and clients.

To achieve volume thereby increasing revenue for import & export shipments in tune with the budget/target.
