This position will work with the Lead ATR , Facilities and BCM in implementation, maintenance and governance of BCM and Safety framework.Show More We offerThe person will oversee the governance of the framework including monitoring and auditing activities. This position acts as a link between the Maersk at global Level and the GSCs for all BCM , Safety and enterprise risk management activitiesShow More Key responsibilitiesDevelop the GSC BCM and safety team as a Global Centre of excellence in Maersk. Represent the GSC in all BCM, Safety and ERM forums at the Global level in Maersk. Represent the GSC in the global business resilience project and its implementation. Lead the Global BCM improvement program across Maersk. Design and Manage the overall BCMS/ Safety and ERM implementation and sustenance activities. Audit the GSC BCMS/ Safety plans and assess the contingency readiness in the GSC process level and site level. Coordinate with Site SOMs and Process Leaders for the BCP / safety readiness / preparedness at each site and process. Design the BCM Life cycle activities including training programs. Coordinate with various stakeholders to rollout the BCMS awareness program. Conduct training programs. Review and update BCMS documentation as per business requirements. Oversee the BCP/.safety tests and audits on processes and site infrastructure to assess the compliance Ensure contingency plans and test schedules are established for identified critical activities of GSC activities which include : Recovery Strategy documentation Contingency and related documents (post contingency reports, contacts, etc.) Measurements of contingency plan effectiveness IT related and local administrative requirementsMonitor the alerts /news and ensure communications are in place for advising all stakeholders of a critical situation that may have potential impact on the GSC operations Represent the GSC in industry forums and share / learn best practices.Show More We are looking forMin. Engineering with MBA or Graduation with MBA ISO 22301 Certification or any other relevant certification.Relevant experience required 15 plus years in BCP , Safety and Enterprise Risk Management.Business understanding Should have worked on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning for business processes and sites based on ISO22301.Experience in physical infrastructure development, managing best in class office set ups and awareness about latest office technologies would be an added advantageTechnical Skills and Competencies Required Stakeholder Management Project Management MS Office.
