Job Description

  • Visiting Branches under the based Head Quarter for business development.
  • And achievement of assigned target currently Rs. 5 lacs Vehicle Insurance per month from base Head Quarter to be reviewed every quarter.
  • Maintaining cordial relations and Coordinating with our associates like Aditya Birla and other Insurance companies
  • Identifying the weak branches on monthly basis and turning them to productive branches by regular visits giving on job training to branch staff and displaying selling skills at branches.
  • Identifying new arenas for business development other than the MFL branches through self contacts and through scanning the branch data.
  • Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new schemes, competitors activities, etc
  • Upgrading the sales skills of branch staff in respect of Vehicle Insurance by organizing regular meetings.
  • Preparation of all MIS reports based on the feed back received from the Branches/Regions. Any other work allotted from time to time by the competent authority.
