# Branch Service Manager - Seeking roles in Service, Service Development, After Sales Service, Service Operations, Distribution Management, Warehouse Operations, Quality Assurance, After Sales Support, Customer Service Operations & Delivery, Retention & Complaint Management, Team Building, Vendor Management, Retail Operation, Training & Development, Consumer Dealer Support. # Branch Service Team for managing Service Support to Customers & Distributors, Administering Technical Management & Customers and providing complete Service & Support to customer entailing. # Ensuring Service Support which is provided to the Customer by the Company through Service Centres. # Providing best support to customers as per companys policies. # Developing appropriate system for removing pendency. # Conducting market review as well as identifying improvement areas. # Monitoring the Forward & Reverse Movement of Material / Spare-Parts. # Preparing Visiting plans for month & sending those plans to the team of Zonal. # Plans for achieving targets in competent manner. # Communicating with the Head Office and other Service Centres for day-to-day transactions. # Monitoring service calls & identifying Engineers training needs and organising on-the-job trainings for better resolution. # Maintaining data confidentiality & providing the best interface between customers & company. # Enhancing customer satisfaction through on-time delivery of parts and monitoring customer complaints & warranty issues. # Preparing various MIS reports & maintaining the required documentation to keep a track of day-to-day operations. # Creating a dynamic environment that motivates high performance amongst team members. # Augmented profitable revenue by completing sales target for company & service partners which improved quality of life of service engineers. # Must be expertise in maintaining business relationship with clients and customers to achieve quality product and service norms by resolving their service related critical issues. # Proficient in service operations along with implementation of various techniques to improve process operations along with cost effectiveness.,
