Job Description

We are looking Brand ManagerCompany: A Branded Real Estate CompanyJobLocation: KolkataDesignation: Brand ManagerSalary: 30,000 to 40,000 per monthVacancy: 2Responsibilities and Duties:

Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Fix meeting
Vendor management

Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Monitor real estate market
Devise innovative growth strategies
Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Any Graduate/ MBA in Marketing
Min. 3 to 4 years experience in Real Estate Brand Promotion activities
Must have knowledge in Graphics work
