Job Description

To assist the Director by providing updates on all ongoing projects / new initiatives w.r.t to progress in ms of time, quality & cost
To assist the Director in evaluating future projects / new initiatives / Organization development w.r.t feasibility study, project execution budget, cash flow & project schedule
To assist Director regarding matters related to technical & commercial areas
Provide inputs for preparing & finalizing the Annual Business Plan and Organization Policies

Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business vs. actual + industry and economic trends
Preparation & compilation of various analytical reports for management , related to
Sales, inventory and collections.
Operating costs
Survey the environment to benchmark best practices and use of latest technology to improve on time , quality and cost
Collate spreadsheets , illustrate technical reports using charts & graphs
Maintain knowledge base and stay abreast of developments in the industry (business, finance,
Develop relationships with industry associations and peers within the industry to explore possibilities for long term strategic partnership s
Vendor management evaluation of existing & new vendors , development new vendors domestic & International
