  • Graduate / Post Graduate Male candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets. Experience in Selling IT Services and Products
  • Understanding customers diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Client handling skills, at a level to be able to deal with complex situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent customer facing skill and ability to build rapport with client
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problem with a win-win negotiation approach.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Understanding the requirements of the customer and map it to the available products of the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, demonstrating ability to build long term sustainable clients
  • Ability to generate new relationships with decision makers in organizations
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls
  • Ability to build a pipeline and execute on each phase of the sales process
  • Accurately forecast the business on a consistent basis
  • Need to be self motivated and aggressive in achieving targets.
