Post : Business Development Executive Qualification : B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Com / BA (BSC preferred) Experience in Sales field of 2 years Moderate English communication skills. Age preferably should be between 25 to 33 years. Local candidates are preferred.Salary : In training period his/ her CTC will be Rs. 10, 550/ - During probation period his/ her CTC will be Rs. 12, 640/ - After confirmation, candidate will get a CTC of Rs. 23, 000/ - Kindly note that if any candidate is having quality sales experience and is deserving, then he/ she can be taken on probation for just 3 months and after just 3 months, if his/ her performance is good, he/ she can be confirmed in his/ her services. So, basically in this particular case, the candidate will join directly on a CTC of Rs. 12, 640/ - and after just 3 months his/ her CTC will be Rs. 23, 000/ - .
