Job Description

    Business Development Manager (Phone Sales Channel)Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) Department: Sales & Business Development Channel: Phone Sales / Inside Sales Location: [Insert Location]Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our phone sales channel. The BDM will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring sales targets are met through effective tele-sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies for the phone sales channel.Manage a team of phone sales executives (if applicable) to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.Generate new leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers.Conduct outbound calls to pitch products/services and close sales.Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales campaigns.Train and motivate the phone sales team to improve performance and customer engagement.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience (37 years) in Business Development / Sales, preferably in phone or inside sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage sales pipelines and work with CRM tools.Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.Leadership skills to manage and inspire a sales team (if handling team).Key Skills:Inside Sales / Tele-Sales ExpertiseBusiness Development & Lead GenerationNegotiation & Closing SkillsCRM & Data AnalysisCustomer Relationship ManagementSales Team Handling (if applicable)
