Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Plan the organization key results (OKR) of respective territories.
  2. Conceptualize, develop, existing and new business strategies for all CHC products.
  3. Develop the strategy to maximizing sales and profitability
  4. Building and maintaining relationships with key corporate hospital decision makers and maintaining top & bottom line profitability
  5. Define clear sales objectives for the team on market mapping, sales calls, repeat sales, key accounts sales etc.
  6. Demonstrate competence in achieving / exceeding targets, opening new & profitable product/services markets and setting up business operations in untapped markets.
  7. Keep abreast of market trends, technology and competitor activities similar to our product lines.
  8. Focus on Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Neurologists, Paediatric Cardiologists, Physicians, etc.,
  9. Maintaining the existing dealer network and expanding the dealer network, training and support in the assigned territory.
  10. Developing quotations and proposals for potential clients in consultation with the reporting authority.
