The role is accountable for delivering Volume, Turnover, Profit targets including Overdue targets. Identifying and developing new prospect customers with a high degree of Sales conversions.1. Execute prospecting strategy for the Offshore & Marine Industry, including data gathering, competitor and market knowledge, stakeholder and relationship management and tender/offer processes through presentations and offer innovative solutions. Submit quotations, negotiate and close the sale.2. Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.3. Developing full understanding of customer and market needs/ opportunities/competition.4. Identifying new customer and markets and their needs.5. Developing and delivering profitable growths opportunities and sales positioning.6. Assisting with maintain sales forecast database and marketing intelligence while coordinating as required with the other divisions.7. Developing and implementing account base marketing strategies, plan and activities.8. Carry out bidding for tenders and proposal preparation, negotiations with customer and vendors to secure orders.9. Ensure that all technical and commercial specifications received, clarified and agreed with customers at order stage.10. Feedback information to customers on quality improvements on services and changes as and when necessary.11. Liaising with Sr. Management for publicity process including press releases, articles for Clients, Conferences, and Exhibitions etc.12. Implement regular visits to existing and potential clients.13. Ensuring full compliance with the Company principles, QHES and Ethics code at all time.14. Manage Database, creating, maintaining and working to update client list, clients contacts, vendor list, vendors contact, pricing etc.15. Prepare comprehensive reports regarding Business Development activities and performance in a timely manner.Experience & Qualifications:1. Must have over 10 years experience within Oil& Gas Offshore and Marine Industry.2. Must have 5 years in management and technical sales role.3. Sound Technical fundamentals is a must (able to read and understand drawings and specifications)4. Having a personal network in place that includes well- known brands and proven track records of successfully growing revenue through the development of strategic relationship is helpful but not necessary.5. Excellent negotiation skills.6. Excellent presentation skills & excellent communication skills7. Formal Qualifications as a Naval Architect and/or Marine Engineer/ Offshore Engineer.8.
