Job Description

    Job Summary:We areseeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our RPA Automation team. The role will focus on business engagement, understanding and documenting the processes, project management for our RPA Automation team. The BSA is expected to support multiple ongoing automation projects in Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Quality Management and other domainsRole and Responsibilities:
    • Handle Daily Scrum Calls, Standup Calls and other communication.
    • Driving Bot life cycle and involving themselves in all phases of lifecycle.
    • Preparing PDD and other project documentation.
    • Client communication, Design discussions & tracking the development progress.
    • Collaborating with development team on requirements and project needs.
    • Track Project Progress and Timelines.
    • Handle Project related issues.
    • Create Comprehensive report on Project Updates.
    • Resource Planning to ensure Projects are equally distributed between developers.
    Key Skills:
    • Business Systems Analyst with 5+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years of experience working as a BSA
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technology partners
    • Good knowledge of large enterprise applications/platforms
    • Strong Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc)
    • Hands-on experience with JIRA
    • Experience working with Agile development methodologies (such as Sprint and Scrum)
    • Experience working in product teams and possesses a service delivery mindset
    • Self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and technologies, work collaboratively in teams (internal and external)
    • Demonstrated ability of leadership, collaboration, project management
    • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
    • Prior onsite (USA) experience in a client facing role is a plus
    • Prior experience with any RPA tools will be a huge plus
    • Scrum certification or PMP certification will be an add-on.
    Education & Certifications:Bachelors or associate degree in Information Technology, Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience required
