Post: Accounts Manager.Comp: A renowned biscuits manufacturing comp.Location: Center Kolkata.Education: Chartered AccountantExperience: Minimum 3 years post CA.KRA:Supervision of day to day activities of the accounting function of all factories. Work closely with the Site manager and account officer and provide financial and commercial system, support and training for own and CP units.Preparation of accurate management accounts including material variance, conversion cost , logistic cost for own sale,Overhead expenses etc.Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs for own and CP units.Budgets Preparation of Budgets and measure against subsequent performance. Ensure accuracy, usefulness and understanding of all Budgets this will include working closely with factory management to help them understand and have positive impact on their performance.Calculation of daily factory yield, to include investigation work where required. Ensure that financial controls are in place across the factory, which are in accordance to company policy and actively adhered to.Forecasting preparation of monthly profit forecast and measure against subsequent performance.Third Party Operation - Ensure Effective Relationship with Principal Suppliers for timely approval of all related Activities .Effective Correspondence , timely approval and Receipt of all due payments.Evaluating the business Contract with Principal supplier and advising management about future strategy.Maintenance of books of accounts of all three mfg.co.Responsible for preparation of periodicals (monthly/quarterly) profit & Loss & other MIS .Salary5 Lac To 7 Lac P.A.IndustryAccounting / Auditing / TaxationWork Experience3 - 6 YearsQualificationCA,
