Taking inbound calls with printer , router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software. 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound / Outbound Technical Support in International BPO. Must know how to close their own calls. Good communication skills in English . Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to - Computer , Printer , Broadband , Router , Email issues , Mac , I - phone , I - pad. Ability to handle customers issues and provide accurate resolution. Should be flexible working in night shifts.Salary - Negotiable (based on experience and last / current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.Immediate joining preferable. No Freshers are Welcome.
