Job Description

*The Role primarily relates to handling of the following responsibilities:- Managing flawless transaction processing with the team within specified TAT- Ensuring all controls are adhered to and audit readiness at all times- Managing of vendors engaged in various levels of processing- Ensuring cost control and cost saves- Interacting with customers and internal stakeholders related to issues and thereby resolving the same- involvement in various project related activities- Authorization of transactions in product processors- build up product level understanding and expertise within the teamThe role involves

  • Handling the critical outward remittances desk and managing across business segments the OW XB flows in FTU Outward Cross Border team.
  • To manage deliverables for FTU Outward transaction processing and reporting in line with FEMA /regulatory guidelines .
  • To ensure adherence to the regulations and the timelines therein.
  • Being updated and trained on all critical FEMA guidelines as application for A2 flows .
  • Interacting with product/compliance /internal stake holders as well as regulators as applicable.
  • Extensive coordination with front end teams and clients to resolve not only their concerns and queries but also provide solutions within the stringent regulatory framework on the processing and reporting of transactions.
