Job Description

Ability to perform all functions of Client Services . Analyst . II and:

  1. Review internal process, recommend and develop changes to improve systems efficiency, automation, andor effectiveness.
  2. Assess project complexity and estimate development and implementation time frame.
  3. Document and communicate complex solutions to internal and external clients in a timely fashion.
  4. Participate in client or management meeting with technical presentations andor input. Communicate and consult with internal and external clients about technical needssupportissues.
  5. Create custom project code that meets the client requirements and expedite processing, when needed.
  6. Process multipile complex projects at the same time and prioritize accordingly
  7. Assist with team leadership roles and mentor new team members.
  8. Provide support with maintaining and publishing comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  9. Partner with internal team members and client business partners to analyze problems and provide insight and analysis to business problems.
  10. Contribute to continuous improvements by identifying ways to optimize resource and pc capacity.
  11. Responsible for tracking change requests and high severity incidents.
  12. Develop strong working relationships with clients and servicesales team.
  13. Perform complex database tasks and maintenance as required
  14. Participate in pre-sales processes as required
    15. Requeriments:
      • Good analytical skills (problem identification and resolution).
      • Strong PC skills, may include JCL, mainframe, sql, unix, oracle and DB3 Quest.
      • Detail oriented.
      • Good organizational skills.
      • Ability to work independently.
      • Good oral and written communication skills.
      • Basic project management skills.
      • Basic leadership skills a plus
      • Multitasking and Time Management skills
      • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in the Computer ProgrammerAnalyst area
