AICL is looking for talented client relations managers who will develop and nurture key client accounts, and lead project delivery. The ideal candidate should be confident of handling briefs and projects across disciplines (print, digital, film and integrated), and excited about our core services Corporate Reporting, Sustainability Communication, Employee Engagement and Brand Communication. Understanding client requirements, devising a project plan, collaborating with multi- functional internal teams and driving delivery of world- class communication solutions are the primary objectives of the role. The ideal candidate will also have a flair for building, nurturing and growing key relationships, and as such will work closely with the business development team on cross- selling and identifying new opportunities. Deep knowledge of the business landscape, infectious energy and mature problem- solving skills are essential for success in this role. Roles & responsibilities Attend client meetings, briefing calls and establish an understanding of the client and their requirements Ensure the brief is accurately relayed to internal teams, creating a project plan Participate in developing strategy, concept presentation and client submissions, as well as present to clients Collaborate with internal teams of writers, designers and consultants.
