Job Profile Responsibilities include : MIS for the Kolkata Sales team: Revenues forecasts on monthly quarterly basis as per various profit centers based on inputs from the Sales teamSending Cheque reports, liaison with Accounts for Bills Receipts of ClientsSending reminders to Kolkata Clients for Domains, AMC etc. with regular follow-ups, and collection of paymentMonthly/Quarterly updates to clients on Hit Reports, promotion status, Articles etcScheduling appointments and communicating with Clients regarding follow-ups for the pending payments and/or materialsLiaison with the production teams regarding regular updates and follow-up for workReply to client Queries and prepare initial drafts of the proposalsGood working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS WordExcellent written / verbal communication skills in EnglishSpoken knowledge of local languages would be appreciated, though not essentialGraduates would be preferred The person would be working as part of the Kolkata Sales team and report to the Head - Web-Solution Sales, Kolkata.
