  • As the Service Delivery Leader for CPS, India you will own program management, business operations, corporate strategy, financial planning and analytics
  • Responsible for partnering and collaborating with the clients to innovate and transform the existing processes in order to maximize value addition and help clients achieve their strategic and tactical objective.
  • Responsible for driving process improvements through innovation and transformation projects and work with the teams involved and ensure that the agreed deliverables are delivered in right time and with high quality
  • Lead the teams to ideate, conceptualize, develop and deploy analytical solutions to craft business impact and cost optimization
  • Guide your team and review content while also being integral to the business development effort
  • Run a spectrum of activities and assess business objectives and transform the operations as required
  • Engage in creative direction and lead development, including management of outside design firms and coordination with brand
  • Direct and sell creative ideas to a broad range of partners; gain commitment from assigned partners and guide implementation of marketing plans, messaging and communication
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Minimum 15 + years of experience in business operations for multiple geographies
  • Expertise in collaboration and working in a virtual, cross-cultural and multi-dimensional environment
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities and leading multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes
  • Ability to design, develop and implement both strategic and support programs and related collaterals
