Job Description

  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Work Experience :4-6 years
  • Must Have Skills :ControlM Administration
  • Good To Have Skills :No Technology Specialization
      • Key Responsibilities : Day-to-day operations involving monitoring Queues, health checks, remote administration of systems Server or Agent monitoring or trouble shooting, job flow analysis and troubleshooting, abend resolution, schedule modification, documentation and procedures required for reference. Expertise in Control-M, Dollar Universe Components, TWS and cortex plan, Scheduler tool - OpCon, MFT tool GoAnywhere or Spazio Interactions with client to understand the requirement and work on scheduling activity
      • Technical Experience : Scheduling and administration skills for the batch tools Should be able to trouble shoot a failed job effectively and take corrective actions on agent and servers if needed. Must have worked with all type of control-M module and agent installation and upgrade for both windows and Unix platform. Candidate with good automation mind set and working knowledge of Ansible or power shell will be preferred. Knowledge of one of the cloud technologies with Linux and Windows administration
