IT Kolkata - HO Roles and Responsibility : R esponsibilities Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery Provide technical leadership to teammate experience. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web and app based business applications. Assist in the collection and documentation of project requirements, development of user stories and work plans Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards Review of solution designs and related cod ing Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications Analyze and resolve technical and application problems Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties Provide training & support to users Key Role Plan and manage projects aligning with business goals. Project management methodologies as Agile and Scrum Conducting meeting with stakeholders, requirement analysis and identifying pain areas Re-formatting business process. Managing change requests Responsible for SRS and SOW document creation. Conducting meeting with development team to make them understand the SOW. Provide architectural assessments and work-effort estimates Design solutions and prepare DFD and other related documents Communicate solution designs , HTML5, CSS3, XML (Any) for OOPs Concept. Web services: WSDL, SOAP CRM implementation integration , Web Development, coding, PHP, BE / B Tech / BCA Desired Experience 7 + years,
