Were looking for an enthusiastic and executive Chef to be help drive in our dynamic kitchen team.As a Chef you are a vital part of our team. Spending your days serving delicious hot and cold breakfasts, buffets , lunches and dinner in a well-equipped kitchen. Your day to day work include;Prepare and Cook Indian Marwari, Gujrati, Bengali or any Vegetarian DishesProducing a high standard of food from scratch for all of our menusManaging a section in our kitchen cooking from fresh ingredientsEliminating wasteful or unprofitable practicesEnsuring food safety standards are adhered toHelping with the ordering and storage of food supplies.Qualifications and Experience:Work Experience: 1 to 5 yearsHigh Volume Kitchen Food Service Operations experience is preferredComprehensive Knowledge of Food and Catering Trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food-cost constraints, and food preparationMinimum X passed required; Higher Secondary expectedWho are we looking forYou should have experience of working with fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch.
