Job Description

Startek Hiring for CCE (Non Voice process)Location - Kolkata (Salt Lake)Remuneration 18000 CTC p/m (14153 Take)Interview Face 2 Face

  • Any experience (Minimum 6 months )
  • Required Excellent communication (Written ) in English and Bengali
  • Need to translate the given English content regional Hindi on computer ( evaluation process as defined above )
  • Should be comfortable working in shifts. Target defined for the day needs to be covered with defined accuracy targets
  • Six days working/ rotational off
  • Required Immediate joiners
  • Process will be work from home system (Desktop/Laptop ) with mandate video conference capability
  • Internet speed of 40 mbps + is mandate with WiFi connection preferred
Step 1:- Translation skill
  • CCE will have to translate the passage ( written ) in the required language (English to Bengali & Bengali to English)
  • Time of 15 mins will be given to agent to translate passage of 300 -500 words , and agent is expected to translate and write passage within given time frame
  • Error count of >= 25 error on overall passage is expected
  • Fluency in English & Bengali (Verbal and written)
Step 2 :- Comprehension
  • Passage with 300-500 words will give in either of the language
  • QC will have go through the passage and will have to answer question
  • Time slot of 10 min will be allotted for the same
  • Accuracy of 80%+ is expected
