So, if these are the ideals that excite you, there is definitely a place for you at SirionLabs!, RequirementsJob Role: Integration SpecialistYears of Experience required: 6-10 YearsWork Location: GurgaonWe are looking for Integration Specialist who can act as a trusted advisor to our existing and potential customers. The person would be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of relying on their innovation, creativity, technical prowess and communication skills to deliver robust, efficient and stable solutions to their client.Duties:

  • The incumbent will work very closely with the customers and gather requirements for Sirion Product Integration with multiple SaaS and On-Premise solutions.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Product teams for successful implementations of integrations.
  • Have deep product knowledge of all product lines. Ability to showcase product integrations and work out solutions for integration use cases using the best solution fit.
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, product marketing, support, etc.) to ensure customers issues/solutions are addressed.
  • Provide actionable insight to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment-
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering and related fields.
  • A confident individual who is highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Applicants should be highly-motivated, technology driven, possess strong communications skills, can develop strong cross-group collaboration and is willing to take on the challenge of dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to converse with senior customer stakeholders- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage challenging technical conversations professionally
  • Listening to customers, probing for business and technical process pains and opportunities, to meet or exceed their expectations
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong ownership, the bias for action, and willingness to role-up your sleeves- Comfortable in a growth stage environment with the ability to pivot quickly and wear multiple hats in a dynamic setting.
  • Technical Experience- Background in Technology companies.
  • Good understanding of technical and integration methodologies and terminologies.
  • Understanding of File based and Webservices based integration.
