  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Prepare moderate to complex network designs/schematics to address specific customer network solution requirements 2 Prepare work orders containing instructions to be used by technicians to configure network hardware and software Work with customer technical teams to provide solutions for customers internetworking communications requirements 3 Configure and troubleshoot WAN/ LAN/ WLAN equipment in a complex environment Remotely support new installs, circuit upgrades and logical changes
      • Technical Experience : 1 Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Cisco Switches, Routers, Wireless, Bandwidth Optimizers, F5 Load Balancers, IPSEC, SSL VPN, Infoblox, Wireshark and monitoring tool 2 Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing 3 Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets Identify potential failures and recommend solution Update knowledge base with known errors/resolutions 4 Should have 6 years of experience in Network operational support
      • Professional Attributes : Good communication skills Shouls support 24 7 shift
      • Educational Qualification : BS or BA in Engineering, Computer Science or equivale
    • Additional Information : CCNP Certifications or its equivalent Network certification
