Job Description

Dear Candidates,Greeting of the day!We have an urgent opening for Security Engineer.The security engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure of data security tools and platforms and remediate issues encountered by the various security and business critical services to end users associated with the tools. They would be additionally responsible for defining tool specific policies based on firm/customer requirements in the areas of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Security etc.Job Requirements and Preference:Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Requirements:4 Year B.E./B.TechMinimum Years of Experience:2 - 4 YearsRequired Knowledge/Skills:The candidate must have demonstrated the following through abilities

  1. Administrate and Implement policies/rules on DLP solutions as well as refine security standards.
  2. Utilize Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based processes used to support security solutions: Incident Management, Requests Fulfilment, Change Management, Problem Management etc.
  3. Strong understanding of Coding Languages: Regular Expression, Python, Search Process Language (SPL)
  4. Meet SLAs by processing requests to resolve issues.
  5. Work with vendors on providing product updates, bug fixes and managing relations.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Desire to work in a team environment with varying working shifts to provide 24x7 coverage/support.
  8. Resolve complex issues, including through cooperation with vendors and other cross functional teams.
  9. Experience with Data Loss Prevention Monitoring and Response (Reporting, process development, and implementation.)
  10. Should have security background or must implemented one DLP Solution or should have minimum 2 years of experience in DLP deployment
  11. Good understanding of Boolean Logic, DLP lifecycle (Requirement gathering, rule logic , testing etc )
  12. Basic understanding of email security compliance, active directory attributes
  13. Fair understanding of any scripting language
  14. Basic knowledge of regex, powershel, xml or html
  15. Knowledge of technical documentation, good verbal and written communication
Preferred QualificationPreferred Knowledge/Skills:The candidate preferably should have demonstrated the following:
  1. Knowledge on DLP Tools and Technology.
  2. Knowledge of 3rd party application integration.
  3. Experience with DLP rules configuration and deployments.
  4. Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies and methods.
  5. Knowledge of Splunk or any Log Management platform.
Preferred Certification:CEH/ECSA/CHFI/CCSK
