Conduct / Organize training of employees to sharpen their knowledge & basic job skill. Imparting orientation to new joiners , V&A , trg to Front Line supervisors. Conduct / organize developmental Programs for employees. Attend meetings with client to discuss about requirements. Participate in training related business development work. Once order is received execute and manage the full training , Performance Responsibilities Responsible for driving all training needs across the organization and functions Training & Development.Identifying Training needs for all level of employees as per competency mapping and business needs.Making and updating Training Calendar.Facilitate Induction , New Hire training as regular and ongoing deliveryDesign , Develop and Coordinate Training Programs.Run Customized and focused refresher trainings as per process requirementsMaintain relationship with Operations and Clients on assessing needs on trainingHelp transitioning new processes from a knowledge transfer prespectiveLead a Team of trainers and Assistant Manager to overall manage Training functionStandardize and Improve Training Manuals , Training structure and Methodologies , define clear tollgates on evaluations and certificationsCollect feedback from Trainees to assess and improve Training processKeep track of man - hours of training and records of trainings conductedCalibration with sourcing , operations , quality and process trainingsProvide learning and development opportunities to subordinate(s) to maximize staff potential and enhance job performanceProvide career coaching to high potential staffAnalyze the needs of training the staff and develop training programs to meet such needs Results / Insight Evaluate Training needs for non / low performing employees and suggest training needsClosely watch employee performance and standards of implementations after specific trainingsDo Train the Trainer and upskill Team membersImprovising versions of Training manuals and authenticate edit / changes authoritiesShould hold valid passport and be willing to travel Qualifications Overall 8 - 10 years plus experience with PG (Academics) and MBA / PG Diploma with minimum 6 years of BPO experience in the Training Function,
