Job Description

  • Provide SAP PP, QM and PM subject matter expertise and project implementation support for the Projects module.
  • Responsible for understanding business /functional requirements. Perform gap-fit analysis between SAP functionality and Business requirements.
  • Model business processes in a PM, PP & QM area on to the package using prior implementation experience.
  • Work closely with the SAP project team in documenting, configuring and implementing the PP / QM, PM module correctly. Also, provide support for Master Data Management, custom transactions or 3rd party interfaces.
  • Working closely with end users in successful testing of the configured business processes on SAP.
  • Ensure that all Project tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the Project scope & requirements.
  • Responsible for imparting the end user training. Ensure that the employees understand the need of SAP and also be able to use it to boost the overall performance of the company.
  • Post Go-Live of SAP implementation, responsible for supporting end users on existing business processes on SAP.
  • Post Go-Live, in partnership with business users, continuously strive to bring in new business processes on SAP to improve overall efficiency and productivity in the system.
  • Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
  • Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
Educational Qualification: Professional degree (MBA / BE / B.TECH / MCA) from reputed institute; SAP Certification added advantage.Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge and extensive exposure on MRP, variant configuration, batch management and integration with QM/WM/CO -PC
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Quality planning, inspection and control including quality certificates, QM-PT, QC-AQC, CA, QN (Interfaces)
  • Knowledge in quality control in the receipt, production process, final product, returns, stock transfer and calibration of equipment.
  • Knowledge and Exposure to CAPA, Stability, Audit Management processes
  • Experience on Integration with other modules especially MM, WM, PM, SD and Finance.
  • Exposure / knowledge of Projects module will be added advantage
  • Should possess strong skills in functional requirement gathering / fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end user support and documentation.
  • Candidate should have good understanding and experience in different phases of Software Development Life Cycle in relation to ERP implementation with involvement in at least 4 full cycle implementations in the area of PP / QM, PM.
  • Experience with core business processes related to Pharma / Process Industry.
  • Experience of implementation methodology, preparation of manuals and training of professionals
  • Certification in PP or QM will be an advantage.
  • Experience in MES would be added advantage.
Experience:
  • Overall 8-10 Years of industry experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years + experience in SAP PP/ QM, PM (SAP ECC6).
  • Experience of minimum 4 end to end overall SAP implementations.
