    • Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage and provide end to end support on DevOps tools on ON-PREM and Linux env, CI/CD tool chains at L3 L2 End to end installation and main of the DEVOPS tools Jenkins, Gitlab CI n GIT/SVN/JFROG Artifactory - upgrde patching migration 3 application of DevOps methodology with Client stakeholders as per requirement4 Implement Jenkins OR GITLAB CI Pipeline Scalability6 DevOps tools integration testing,secrets management tool etc 7work closely wit d architect n developers to understand their need
        • Technical Experience : 1 proficient in JENKINS,GITLAB-CI,SONAR and GIT/SVN/JFROG Artifactory 2 Knowledge on Ansible 2 Scripting knowledge Python, Bat, Shell scripting is a must have 3 DevOps pipelines using JENKINS and GITLAB-CI 4 Expert in version control systems like GIT/SVN/JFROG Artifactory 5 Exposure on LINUX environment must to have
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication and interpersonal skills 2 Strong writing skills and stakeholder management 3 Excellent problem-solving skills and mitigate technical issues
        • Educational Qualification : Monday 10:28 PM Jaiswal, Naina Btech or MCA and 7 to 9 years experience
      • Additional Information : work with da architect n developers to understand their need to implement the DevOps usecase
