Job Description

*

  • Hands on and keen to develop/trouble shoot complex technical scenarios
  • As a L2/L3, provide support coverage or pilot phase to smoothen release processes and resolve issues
  • As required, on a rotation basis work as L2 to understand the challenges of DevOps team and drive efficiency/as an input to the dev stack on an ongoing basis
  • Groom juniors and developers on technical and functional domain
  • Participate/lead in project meetings, process activities and ensures practices are followed in the team
  • Architecture, Design and Code review for own and other teams
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver the technical solution
  • Resource planning, recruitment and key talent development
