1. Project Management The Project Manager delivers revenue (client) projects on time within budget and scope, which would entail working directly with client to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Responsibilities include Independently leading multiple cross functional teams, coordinating and controlling of all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, ensuring timely accomplishment of project tasks, mitigating risks, issues, dependencies that affects project progress, monitoring project progress, presenting status reports to management, timely flagging up issues working proactively on potential issues to avoid client escalations/complaints implementing interventions to address client complaint or concern, and tracking them to closure. 2. Business Development working with the client to put together an account forecast mechanism, working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, creating compelling proposals, solutions, or business propositions to generate repeat business 3. People Management ensuring team is engaged and motivated at all times Delegating, monitoring, and hand holding as required The candidate should be able to leverage experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Should be creative to find solutions, define / redefine / improve processes, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. KPIs of Project Managers: Achieve all round project metrics, provide hygiene and accountability through a number-driven objective approach Revenue recognition in terms of volumes of projects delivered Project profitability On time delivery Customer satisfaction Defect free delivery, conduct defect prevention meetings and track corrective actions Repeat business Accurate forecast of monthly / quarterly cost, revenue, resource, rate/margin ,
