  • This is a first line position.
  • Generating sales through ethical promotion (Doctor, Chemist, Distributor, Stockist & Sub stockist)
  • Promoting well known and scientific brands of our reputed client (Brands with quality certificates including USA patent)
  • Conducting CRM activities as per marketing plan of the Organization
  • Ensuring prompt and correct reporting through software and providing quality feedback for improvisation of strategy
  • Maintaining administrative control of the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • The incumbent must be a go-getter and must have an appetite to perform.
  • Experienced First line manager are preferred
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of total experience in prescription sales is must.
  • Experience of working with Dieticians and Nutra products are preferred.
  • At least 3-year experience as a First Line manager in the same HQ is a must.
  • Must have strong connection with HCPs, Supply Chain Network and ability to quickly build a strong supply chain for premium & scientifically promoted brands.
  • Must be well connected with field personnel to quickly recruit and functionalize the team of Product Specialists (Field Executives).
  • Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Local Vernacular
  • Must be computer savvy to handle online reporting, excel and power point related works
