Roles and Responsibilities Performing activities as per Export & Import documentation Process with adherence to all Customs norms. *Verifying the documents submitted by the CHA for stuffing/De-stuffing/cargo delivery etc. *Verification of BOE & Shipping Bill Status from ICEGATE (Customs Software). *Ensuring collection of proper Customs permissions/Acknowledgment & Customs Orders like Let Export Order, Container Load Plan, Examination Order, Seal Cutting, Out of Charge, etc. before conducting activities. *Record verified documents and updates the information in CFS s software. *100 % KYC details to be updated in the system. *Passing information to the Field executives related to Carting, Stuffing, de stuffing, Movement etc. *Ensuring the job order is generated for each activity it reaches to ops staff/Tally Executives for smooth operations. *Updating pre advice for export laden containers to terminals.
