14 * 7 Customer Support
Customer Satisfaction.
Field service for PWS sites in Eastern Region and Chhattisgarh
KOB3 Service Revenue and Profitability
Helping in generating Incremental Business in KOB3.
Responsible for executing Sure Services Contracts for Power & Water Solutions.
Over all responsible for all Field Services for various project sites.
Actively engage with the IBS sales team for KOB3 Solutions like Ever Green Programs/ Advance Solutions etc.
Responsible for KOB3 Service Revenue and POR for PWS Business.

, Requirements

Diploma/B.E. in the field of Instrumentation / Electronics with minimum 4 to 7 yrs of experience.
Installation & Commissioning in Process Automation Technical Support.
Troubleshooting of DCS / PLC Preventive Maintenance.
Hands on Experience on Commissioning, Maintenance, troubleshooting of PLC & DCS systems will be an added advantage.
Strong Trouble shooting skills for control systems.
Team player.
Excellent Interpersonal and communications skills (written & verbal).
Relationship building.
