Resposible for Quality Assurance of all products, 12 years of Experience with 4- 5 years of experience running multiple teams. Must have strong communication skills, ceritification on Quality Assurance processes, Project management and multi- tasking skills. The person is expected to ensure QA processes are being practiced to the core, review plans and test cases, guide managers and leads of multiple teams. Needs to be hands on the product as much as needed for this role such as actual execution of some test cases, demo- ing the product to product managers, writing specification or technical documentation, participate in customer deployements.,
